    Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park

    In the morning, you will be picked from the airport or hotel and depart Nairobi for your drive to Amboseli National Park. You will travel the Nairobi/Mombasa highway, home to the proud and brightly painted Mara tribe of the Maasai. The acacia woodlands and grasslands of the park shelter an abundance of game including buffalo, lion, cheetah, hyena, zebra and wildebeest. Amboseli National Park lies below the most famous symbol of Africa, Mt Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa and the highest free standing mountain in the world. You will arrive at the lodge/camp in time for lunch. After lunch you can relax a bit before departing for your evening sunset game drive. You will return to the lodge/camp after dark for dinner and your overnight stay.

    Day 2: Amboseli National Park

    After breakfast you will take off on a full day game drive within the reserve. There are over 900 African elephant in Amboseli, as well as huge herds of wildebeest. You will also view giraffe, afri lion, monkey, zebra, hyena and antelope. Amboseli has a mixed topography of plains, acacia woodland, rocky thorn bush, swamps and marshes. Take in the view or even climb Mount Kilimanjaro, Visit Observation Hill which overlooks the park, swamps and, of course, the herds of free-roaming elephant. You can meet the Maasai people and learn about their culture and indigenous lifestyle. You will break for your picnic lunch in the park OR do the morning game drive returning for lunch; spend the afternoon at the lodge/camp and then an evening drive. Later in the evening you will return to lodge/camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

    Day 3: Amboseli – Lake Nakuru National Park

    After an early morning breakfast you will check-out and travel through the park for your final game drive as you exit the park and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park with a packed lunch to enjoy along the way. You will have the choice of an optional boat ride at Lake Naivasha prior to check-in at the hotel. After check-in you will settle in for dinner and your overnight stay.

    Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Maasi Mara Game Reserve

    After an early morning breakfast you will check-out of your hotel and spend the day in Lake Nakuru National Park experiencing an exciting game drive. You will exit the part in the afternoon and drive to Maasai Mara National Game Reserve with a packed lunch to enjoy along the way. You will arrive in the Mara in the evening where you will check-in at the lodge/camp and settle in for dinner and your overnight stay.

    Day 5: Maasai Mara National Game Reserve

    After breakfast you gather up your picnic lunch and take off on a full-day game drive in the park. Maasai Mara has a lot to offer and its a park that you have an opportunity to see all the “Big Five” at a very close range and in plenty of numbers. You will have your picnic lunch at the hippo’s pool. There is an optional visit you can arrange with the driver/guide to take you to visit the Maasai Village. Later in the evening you will return to lodge/camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

    Day 6: Maasai Mara – Serengeti National Park

    After breakfast you will check-out and prepare for your departure to Serengeti National Park, in Tanzania. You will arrive in the Serengeti where you will check-in at lodge/camp, have lunch and then take off on an exciting evening game drive in the park. You will return to lodge/camp at sunset to enjoy a hot meal and your overnight stay.

    Day 7: Serengeti National Park

    After breakfast you will leave camp with a picnic lunch, and take off to experience a full-day game drive in the park. Serengeti National Park is equally compared with Maasai Mara National Game Reserve, both rich in game, the “Big Five”, and a variety of other animals that can be seen in large numbers. You will stop and have your picnic lunch at a specified stop inside the park before embarking on another game drive. You will return to the lodge/camp for dinner and your overnight stay after sunset.

    Day 8: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater

    After an early morning breakfast you will check-out, with a packed lunch, and take off on a final game drive inside the Serengeti. You will enjoy your packed lunch as you make your way to the Ngorongoro Crater. You will arrive at the crater rim in the late afternoon or early evening. You will check-in at your accommodations, have a sundowner and relax while you wait in for dinner. After dinner you will turn in for the night.

    Day 9: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

    After breakfast you will check-out and leave camp, with a picnic lunch, to experience the most amazing game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater. You will drive around the rim and descend to the crater floor. You will spend the entire day in the crater viewing the wide variety of animals and enjoying your picnic lunch, at a specified site while you view the wildlife. Later in the afternoon you will ascend back to the top of the crater rim and leave Ngorongoro. Depending on your wishes we can customise the end of your safari to end in Nairobi or Arusha. This is where our safari will end.
